PURCHASING POLICY: As of 11/25/00

If you wish to purchase or inquire about a camera or accessory item please contact us by e-mail or fill out our on-line order form. We will respond as quickly as possible to confirm your order with us or answer any questions, usually within 24 hours. We will notify you of shipping charges at that time. When your order has been confirmed, we will hold the item(s) you ordered for seven (7) days. This is to allow time for your payment by check , money order or PayPal [confirmation] to reach us. We do not process or accept credit card transactions--except through PayPal.

If we have not received your payment within those seven (7) days the items will be released for sale to other buyers. We ship orders 8-10 days from receipt of your personal check and within three (3) days of receipt of a money order and the next business day after any confirmed PayPal transaction (personal checks must clear before shipment can be made (sorry, no C.O.D. orders). All shipping and handling (S&H) and insurance costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We assume no liability for items damaged or lost during shipping. Pennsylvania residents must add 7% state sales tax. (That's 6% state tax and 1% Allegheny county tax)

RETURN POLICY: As of 11/25/00

Ken Riley Photographics cannot guarantee that what we are selling you is EXACTLY what you believe you are buying. We offer a full refund of the purchase price less the shipping and handling cost. You must notify us by e-mail or telephone within ten (10) days of receipt of purchase (typically 2 to 4 days after the day we ship) that you are returning your purchase. Send e-mail to returns@krphoto.com.

A full refund of the purchase price, less shipping and handling, will be made upon receipt of returned purchased items. All return shipping and handling (S&H) and/or insurance costs are the responsibility of the buyer. NO CASH REFUNDS AFTER 10 DAYS - NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES AFTER 30 DAYS.

All items must be returned with original purchasing invoice, in original packing materials (if possible), complete, and in GOOD CONDITION before refund is issued. No other guarantees or warranties exist or are implied. We assume no liability for items damaged or lost during shipping. It is strongly recomended that you insure all returned items for your protection against loss.
